Your continued use of the extension constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates made to them.

5. Business Accounts & Customer References

If you sign up using a work or company email address (any non personal domain), you confirm that you are using PeakAI on behalf of your employer or organisation, and that you are authorised to do so. In that case your organisation is treated as our Customer, and the account is a business account rather than a personal one.

As a Customer, you agree that we may identify your organisation by name and logo as a PeakAI customer on our website, in customer lists, case studies, sales decks, investor materials, and other marketing content. This applies to the company name and logo only. We never publish your personal details, your usage data, the contacts you look up, or anything specific to your account.

You can opt out at any time by writing to us at [email protected], and we will remove your organisation from public materials within 30 days.

6. Payment & Processing

Payments are handled securely through Razorpay. We do not store any of your payment credentials.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security tools and practices. However, no system can guarantee 100% protection.

Your basic account data and usage logs are retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.
